Currently, we are in a time of transition. After nearly two decades of welcoming treasured guests to our home, the Ghost Town Guest House is for sale.
Our hope is that the future owners will enjoy living in this remarkable high-country Rocky Mountain retreat as much as we have.

Directions
From Colorado Springs, take Highway 24 west toward Buena Vista. At Johnson Village (two miles south of Buena Vista) turn left (south) by staying on Highway 285. Travel six miles to Nathrop, then turn right (west) onto County Rd 162. Remain on this road, regardless of how your GPS directs you. Some guests have been misdirected over a rough side road. As you enter St. Elmo, take the driveway on the left just before St. Elmo’s only stop sign. Guest parking is behind the Guest House.
From Denver, Take C-470 to US-285 at Morrison. Travel southwest toward Buena Vista. You will join Highway 24 before Trout Creek Pass. At Johnson Village, follow directions given above.
