Winter 2012
We’ll celebrate the early months of the year, January through April, with a three-night-stay special. Snowshoe and snowmobile trails begin right at our back door. No need to get in your vehicle until your stay is over, unless you drive to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs for a swim on us. Or soak in your private claw-foot tubs, bath salts provided; it will warm you to the bone. Hot chocolate, coffee, and tea along with cookies and snacks are available all day. Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper are open and ready for your winter adventure. Your three-nights will be discounted 10 percent through January.
Summer 2012
Book your stay with us as soon as your summer-getaway plans are set. Our calendar fills up quickly. All trails to Tin Cup, Hancock Pass, Mt. Antero, Mt. Princeton, Tunnel Gulch, Alpine Tunnel, and beyond are open and ready for your day trip, July through September. Celebrate a special event with us and we’ll bake a surprise cake of your choice at no additional charge. High season rates and a two-night minimum apply during the summer months.
Autumn 2012
Fall colors delight visitors to the Chalk Creek Valley and upward to St. Elmo. With the start of the school year n mid-August, fewer visitors come to St. Elmo, giving opportunity to explore quieter trails. We can suggest a few “secret” trails to delight anyone desiring to slip away from a busy schedule. There have been moose sightings along these seldom-traveled trails. Just ask us to point you to a gentle evening adventure and be sure to pack your camera.
Labor Day is the last big weekend before fall officially begins. If you’re celebrating an anniversary or birthday, we’ll bake a cake of your choosing as part of your stay and help you make your special day a treasured memory. Dress in layers as the mornings and evenings have a bit of chill but the days are sunny and perfectly warm. See you soon!
