Reservation Info

A two-night minimum stay applies from Memorial Day through Labor Day and holiday weekends such as Presidents’ Day and Easter. High season rates apply from Memorial Day through October and to the week of Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day weekend, December 21–January 1, Easter weekend, and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday through Saturday).

Prices quoted are for double occupancy. A deposit equaling one-night’s room rate or 50 percent of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due at time of booking. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, Traveler’s check, or personal check (accepted only if reservation is one month prior to arrival date). Balance is due upon arrival, payable in cash or credit card only. If booked for a holiday or local event, payment in full is due at time of booking.

To make a reservation, call 719-395-2120 or email reservations@ghosttownguesthouse.com. All reservations will be confirmed electronically or in the mail.

Cancellation Policies

Thirty (30) days notice: Your deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook your room(s), in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked.

Less than thirty (30) days notice: Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days of arrival date will incur a full-stay charge unless we are able to rebook, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked.

If you have booked your stay for a holiday or local event, all cancellations are subject to a full-stay charge unless we are able to rebook, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked. All “No Shows” will incur a full-stay charge.

Cancellation policies are strictly followed. Your purchase of travel insurance will protect you in the event that unforeseen circumstances cause you to change your plans at the last minute.

Directions

From Colorado Springs, take US-24 west toward Buena Vista. Eight miles south of Buena Vista, at Nathrop, turn right onto County Road 162 and drive west 15 miles. As you enter St. Elmo, the Guest House is on the left. Park behind the building. The driveway and guest entrance are on the east side of the Guest House.

From Denver, take I-25 to US-285 west toward Buena Vista. Eight miles south of Buena Vista, at Nathrop, turn right onto County Road 162 and drive west 15 miles to St. Elmo.
