Reservations
A two-night minimum stay applies from Memorial Day through October 16 and holiday weekends such as Presidents’ Day. High season rates apply from Memorial Day through mid-October and Valentine’s week, Presidents’ Day weekend, December 20–January 2, Easter weekend, and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday through Saturday).

Reservation and Payment Information
To make a reservation, call us at 719-395-2120, or email reservations@ghosttownguesthouse.com. Reservations will be confirmed electronically and/or via USPS mail.
Prices quoted are for double occupancy. A deposit equaling one-night’s room rate or 50 percent of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due at time of booking. Personal check, Traveler’s check, or cash are accepted methods of payment.
We do not accept credit cards due to the insecure status of our radio phone and our commitment to keeping your information uncompromised. Balance is due upon arrival. If booked for a holiday or local event, payment in full is due at time of booking.
Room Tariff Your room rate includes afternoon refreshments, supper, and a three-course breakfast. Lunch is available upon request prior to arrival for an additional $7.50 per person.
Season and holiday rates (Memorial Day through October and holiday weekends, Christmas through New Year’s, Thanksgiving)
Mary Murphy Room, $185 per night, double occupancy. This room can accommodate additional guests for $25/night per person.
Gold Queen Room, $175 per night, double occupancy.
Boss Tweed Room, $165 per night, double occupancy.
Off-Season Rates (November 1 to Memorial Day weekend, excluding holidays mentioned above.) Includes afternoon refreshments, supper, and a three-course breakfast.

Cancellation Policies
Thirty (30) days notice: Your deposit is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook your room(s), in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked.
Less than thirty (30) days notice: Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days of arrival date will incur a full-stay charge unless we are able to rebook, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked.
If you have booked your stay for a holiday or local event, all cancellations are subject to a full-stay charge unless we are able to rebook, in which case the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per room booked. All “no-shows” will incur a full-stay charge.
Your purchase of travel insurance will protect you in the event of unforeseen circumstances that cause you to change your plans.
Directions
From Colorado Springs, take US-24 west toward Buena Vista. Eight miles south of Buena Vista, at Nathrop, turn right onto County Road 162 and drive west 15 miles. As you enter St. Elmo, the Guest House is on the left. Park behind the building. The driveway and guest entrance are on the east side of the Guest House.
From Denver, take I-25 to US-285 west toward Buena Vista. Eight miles south of Buena Vista, at Nathrop, turn right onto County Road 162 and drive west 15 miles to St. Elmo.
