Armoires, writing desks, private baths with claw-foot soaking tubs, and comfortable queen beds await your arrival. Picture windows offer a birds-eye view of the old mining town and surrounding mountains. A gourmet breakfast and hearty supper are included in your night’s stay.

Guests are invited to relax in the upstairs Continental Room with its well-stocked beverage and snack bar. A private deck in the trees and spacious living room are favorite gathering places. The dining room is open all day for candid views of Chipmunk Crossing, WiFi connections, or just sipping tea beside the old Monarch cook stove.

Room tariffs range from $165 to $185 during the high season (Memorial Day weekend through October and certain holidays) and include afternoon refreshments, a three-course breakfast and hearty supper. Off season rates range from $145 to $165 and also include breakfast and supper. There is a two night minimum stay during high season.
